Yes...you read that correctly! Here she is, Mrs Willow. She is at the " All About Equine Horse Rescue" where the folks are real heroes. We are 90% sure that we are adopting two more horses!
Mrs Willow was once bound for the slaughter house. I cannot believe the stories that I have heard about where these unwanted horses end up at......it's so sic that I can't write about the details of the horror. Jeanette and I went there to the rescue today to see Mrs Willow for the first time. The horse inspected us and gave approval for us to adopt her...........after it was explained that we have acres of green grass and good air cooled barn. She got very excited when we told her about the Apple Orchards!
So.....here we are once again bringing in another horse. Big Girl, Sugar, and Sonny Boy....and now Mrs Willow.
Hold on a minute......doesn't this post title say "We are adopting two more horses" ? Oh oh oh.....did I mentioned that Mrs Willow is expecting to give birth tonight..... or within a day?!
