Salad for the horses

During the summer, my family took off to Pomona Ca, to do some college shopping for young Nicky's higher education enrollment for 2014. Stayed at the Sheraton Fairplex.....enjoying fine dining and such. Fantastic steaks and salads.....
What I didn't know was that we were not the only ones having fine dining experiences. My older brother Gary was watching the farm for us, decided to come up with another crazy idea for the farm. Horse salads!
Big Girl just liked the sweet stuff such as the melons.....Sugar liked the banana squash along with the zucchini......and the little guy "Sony Boy" just preferred the alfalfa cubes. Finicky critters, like farmer Deno is at snack time.
Gary decided to "dice n slice and chop" all of the field's unwanted fruits and veggies...........into one large salad bowl (5-gal bucket) and serve.  I understand that all three horses thought that they were at the Sheraton Fairplex for fine dining and such!
 Great idea Brother.
