The Natomas Farm was asked to supply a Wilton nursery with heirloom veggies in starter 4 inch containers...and larger sizes. We also plan to sell veggies packs to the general public starting in Spring 2013. The farm is finally getting ready to go retail.....now that all of the underground infrastructures, fencing, orchards have been done. The family's private yard is finished too....great landscaping, fire pit, BBQ unit and furniture. I'll add that building for the horses took a lot of time too, the trail and the pastures.....and more! Not to mention that another orchard will be installed. I just gave you the short list!
Much is planned from here on out. The construction has started for the hothouse (for seed and cuttings), an outdoor kitchen, and two very large worm bins. A 100 ft long greenhouse is to be put up in January as well as the construction of a fruit stand area down in the berry patch area that includes a new "down and up" road. The barn upper floor will be re installed with new flooring....with a staircase and balcony added.
