The Natomas Farm Odyssey.....looks like ol' HAL is really just a bucket of pure 100% Prickly Pear juice. This is the result of my second prototype juice press that I am designing. So far.... 15 gallons of Prickly Pear juice.
The finale unit will be have a air hydraulic jack...... to be able to process hundreds of pounds of fruit per day. Will we need this big set up? Absolutely!
