The five "God" tools I use on the farm......

A long handled Muck Fork, aka pitchfork, looks like a huge version of a skinny dinner fork. Each time I use one of these...I imagine that I am bout to dig into a 65 pound T-Bone steak! While day dreaming......I do use the pitch fork to more wood chips, horse manure, piles of green waste, and much more.

18V Cordless Reciprocating Saw. Forget dragging around the extension cord! The 18V is a must.....extra power and longer battery charged life. I  use this at least once a day to cut old pipes to tree branches.

Wonder Gloves, rubber latex coating over string knit shell provides an excellent grip in a work glove. Outlast the rawhide type glove ten fold. Now if you are one of these cheap skates that buys those cotton gloves at a buck ninety nine....you'll get three hours worth of use...and three blisters.

18V Cordless Compact Drill. Again.....don't go for the cheaper stuff that sells for half price and is has only half the "V"power. Go ahead....walk across ten acres of land with your niffy power screw driver......and then it wont drive a tough screw into that fence. Have a nice hike back :-) Notice by now I keep posting the brand Ryobi?  Hint hint!
Without a hand truck...life can be a real pain on the farm. I use mine for moving 80 pound bales of horse feed, firewood rounds, broken concrete, potted trees.......it's endless of the use for this piece of equipment. Just like a wheel barrel when I buy a new one......I take off the tube tires....proceed to the nearest garbage can and heave them in! Replace with solid rubber tires.
