.......they call me Paul
It's been a very long road for the farm. After five years of planning and building....the mistakes made...the hardships.....time has finally arrived to start selling our products on a large scale.
First up is the bundled camp fire wood that we got loaded in the fruit stand.....and it now officially available to the public. Coming right up in a few weeks will be the plump boysenberries. A bumper crop is expected. Pluots and the peaches a week later. The planted corn that is just now popping out of the dirt....will be in time for the 4th of July and forward. Oh....and the countless varieties of melons that we planted too :-)
Last year we learned a lot about the needs and such,....of running a fruit stand and off site sales. The farm will have cardboard flats this time for the pluots to prevent bruising and to allow a better visual of the fruits. Entrance to the stand has entrance and exit signs now. London Plane trees were planted to shade off the area as well. So much work for a silly little fruit stand!
Farmer Deno does hope that you have visited our website for the farm. The link to get there is at the right of this post. If you dont want to do that...then maybe you can spend the time answering this question: what was the name of the Blue Ox?
