The chickens are now let out of their yard....two hours before sunset. They patiently wait at the gate each afternoon for their release. All chickens will return minutes before the sunset on their own...to the enclose coop(s). The two chicks born on the farm...one has grown to be on her own...the other is in Chicken Heaven.
Bug population is nearly zero now...except for the flyers (flies and such).....and feed cost is down 80%.
