Well......
We had 51 days of frost out here at the farm! The Orange grove survived as Farmer Deno did as well......getting up in the middle of the nights to fight Old Jack Frost that was creating havoc in the fields.
The trees are young.....and need extra care for at least the first five years. This consist of covering them with burlap....having a bonfire or two ......soaking the ground with warm water from our well. The trees look worn....but look much better than they did last year.
No Last Rites, not a one :-)
