Here's another section of the Figs.....planted two years ago. The trees are growing like weeds out there. I had to enclose this section of the trees .....the horses were running into the limbs as they raced up the ramp to the barn for feeding time.
I have seen lots of wasted space at other farms. It is space that been paid for....so why not use every square inch of that to create income? There are many sections of the fence lines that will be planted with Fig trees such as above. During the ripening season.....we will simply keep the horses out of the area, since I have spent a ton on time on creating multiple corrals here at the farm.
