If you live near our farm......take a drive down here and view the flowering orchards. It looks like snow out there in our Pluot orchard. Incredible amount of blossoms this year.
However: when I walk there in the middle of the blossoming flurry....I only see Pluot pie! Oh yeah! Rich flavor that outshines a peach pie. Add a chunk of vanilla ice cream.....and it's showtime for the taste buds.
Pluot season starts May 15th. We have four varieties.
Pie season is each week here at our farm. Pluots freeze perfectly.
